ワン タガイタイ プレイス ホテル ス​​イーツ（One Tagaytay Place Hotel Suites） ★★★★

Location was not good BUT just OKAY. Its close to Crosswinds but other than that not much restaurants around the area.

First, they gave me the WRONG type of room (I booked a double bed, they gave me a twin bed). They did apologize but 1 staff still tried to justify my room of choice until i had to point it out to her ON THE PRINTED booking of what I had booked and she saw I was on the right. But even so, they were NOT able to do anything nor EVEN TRY to compensate anything. They only offered to fix the beds to make it into 1 bed, so of course (Having no choice at all) had to accept the only offer they can provide. I expected that they would push the beds together and fix the bedsheets (of course, so the beds wouldnt split right? as most hotels would've) but no, housekeeping went inside and literally JUST PUSHED THE BEDS TOGETHER. If I had known that thats all theyre gonna do, I couldve just done it myself. Second, the hallways of the rooms are DIRTY, MESSY and it SMELLS. Wallpapers are torn, paint jobs are poor, cabinets are scratched, walls in the room are dirty. The only place that looks nice is the Lobby. Third, WIFI sucks. I stayed here for 2 night and majority of the time theres no WIFI. Fourth, I HAD to pay full price for a lousy stay.

dirty rooms, VERY DIRTY TOILET! whole bathroom was dirty. we had to use our slippers to be able to shower. bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. bedroom curtains and sofa were very dirty. head board was made of foam, that was very dusty and made my allergy crazy. i felt so uncomfortable that i only slept 4hrs and kept waking up. we only slept for 1 night and we were so tired we didn’t complain anymore. we just wanted to rest but actually failed to.

Staff very accomidating.

No hot water! no buffet breakfast!

Staff are accommodating, quick action in requests. Polite and approachable, the room is clean, neat and Air-conditioning is perfect.

Rooms pretty grim, not very luxurious for the price.

Accessible to tourist spots. Breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable rooms. Cozy ambiance.

The wi-fi connection was poor during our stay. We were located at the 2nd floor.

I like to place as well as the service, hotel staffs are all accommodating. The room and bed is not quite as big as I expected, the buffet breakfast is good. Our christmas dinner is impressive, the value we pay for the dinner worth it all.

Small bed, I don't know if I mis understood my reservation. I reserved twin bed, but the bed is good only for 1person, it should be double single bed?

I did not like even one thing in this property- location is not good parking always full - food expensive and No taste - property is too old need renovation -

The dessert

Water in the bidette is better used as the shower. Shower has poor water supply. CR is so uncomfortably small, knees almost touching the walls when you are seated in the toilet bowl. Towels are soiled/old already.
